Who runs this site

This site is published by Claudette Callebs, a Texas real estate agent with Real Broker, LLC, and covers Lofts on Post Oak real estate.

The home valuation form

The site collects one thing, the Lofts on Post Oak home valuation request, through two versions of the same form. The full form, on the home valuation page, asks for your name, your email address, your phone number (optional), when you are thinking of selling, the property address, and anything else you would like to add about the property (optional). The shorter form, at the foot of most pages, asks only for your name, your email address, and the property address.

What you send is stored by this site and emailed to Claudette Callebs at Real Broker, LLC, so that your request can be answered. It is not sold, and it goes to no one else except the email service that delivers it.

Server logs

The web server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs. Each entry records the page requested, the time of the request, the IP address the request came from, the browser's user-agent string, and the response the server returned. The logs are used to keep the site working and to see which pages are being fetched, including by search engines and other automated crawlers. Log files are kept for no longer than 90 days.
